Management Board Change
Dr. Alexander Schmid-Lossberg, member of the Management Board of Kuehne + Nagel International AG responsible for global human resources, as well as legal counsel of the Kuehne + Nagel Group, will leave the company effective 31 January 2008 by mutual consent.
Until a new head of global human resources is appointed Klaus-Dieter Pietsch, who exercised this function until 31 March 2007 and since then has been managing special projects, will again take over responsibility for global human resources as a member of the Management Board.
