"Inclusive Sourcing Supplier of the Year" in Colombia by L’Oréal

Kuehne+Nagel has been named Inclusive Sourcing Supplier of the Year 2026 in Colombia, as part of an event held under the theme “Beauty with Sustainable Innovation.”

The award recognises Kuehne+Nagel’s inclusive employment initiatives in Colombia, which aim to reduce employment barriers and broaden access to job opportunities. These include the partnership with Best Buddies, which creates opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as initiatives supporting mothers who are the primary providers for their families, older adults and migrants. These efforts are complemented by adapted working hours and shifts, as well as awareness-building initiatives with operational leaders, helping to foster a more inclusive working environment.
