Kuehne+Nagel appoints new National Managers in Germany, Spain and the United States of America

• Daniel Randig appointed National Manager for the USA
• Björn Traemann appointed National Manager for Germany
• Miguel Germano appointed Cluster Manager for Spain, Portugal and Malta

Kuehne+Nagel announces three management appointments in key markets. Daniel Randig has been appointed National Manager for the United States of America, effective November 1, 2026. Björn Traemann will become National Manager for Germany and Miguel Germano Cluster Manager for Spain, Portugal and Malta, both effective January 1, 2027.

These appointments reflect Kuehne+Nagel’s strong leadership pipeline and the commitment to developing experienced leaders with deep market knowledge, international perspectives and strong customer experience.

Daniel Randig brings almost three decades of experience in the logistics industry, spanning Sea and Air Logistics, Sales and general management. He joined Kuehne+Nagel in Brazil in 2001 and has since built an international career in the US and the Middle East. Most recently, he served as National Air Logistics Manager for the USA.

Björn Traemann has been with Kuehne+Nagel for more than 23 years and brings extensive international leadership and Sea Logistics experience. His career has taken him through Germany, China, Singapore, the Middle East, BeLux and most recently Vietnam. He succeeds Tobias Jerschke, who, after more than 28 years with Kuehne+Nagel, will be pursuing a career outside of the logistics industry.

Miguel Germano brings 18 years of international leadership experience with Kuehne+Nagel. Having held leadership positions in Portugal and Turkey, he most recently served as National Manager for Mexico.

Daniel Randig succeeds Marcus Bennett, while Miguel Germano succeeds Miguel Ambielle Fernandez. Both Marcus Bennett and Miguel Ambielle Fernandez will take up new global management positions within Kuehne+Nagel.
