Xavier Urbain resigns from Board of Directors
Upon taking office as a member of the Management Board of Kuehne + Nagel International AG and responsibility for the Rail & Road Logistics business unit effective 15 January 2008, Xavier Urbain will step down from the Board of Directors.
He was elected to the Board of Directors of Kuehne + Nagel International AG at the Annual General Meeting held on 4 May 2007.
