Proposed appointments to the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Kuehne + Nagel International AG informed today that for internal company reasons it will withdraw its proposal to elect Gerard van Kesteren to the Board of Directors at the General Annual Meeting on May 6, 2014.

The proposed election of Dr. Martin Wittig, as communicated on
March 3, 2014, has been confirmed.
