Parker Drilling awards Kuehne + Nagel contract to manage logistics for its global rig locations
Under the agreement, Kuehne + Nagel’s services will cover freight forwarding, export packing and most international transport-related processes. Kuehne + Nagel will be offering multi-modal (sea, air, road and rail) transportation services, as well as expedited service for emergency logistics needs. Additionally, Kuehne + Nagel will support Parker Drilling’s Project Engineering and Construction business.

Specific capabilities include key account management with a dedicated customer-service department, rig and maritime support, a specialized rig-move task force, as well as FCPA compliance programs.
