Kuehne+Nagel Brazil joins Brazil’s CONFIA programme, reinforcing governance and transparency
Kuehne+Nagel Brazil has officially joined a select group of companies admitted to the CONFIA programme (Cooperative Fiscal Compliance), an initiative led by Brazil’s Federal Revenue Service. As the only company from the logistics sector in this group, this recognition reinforces our strong compliance standards and trusted position in a complex regulatory environment.
Admission to the first cohort was limited to 36 participants, highlighting the company’s strong governance framework and its positioning within a highly demanding regulatory landscape. CONFIA establishes a structured approach centred on risk oversight, disclosure practices and continuous engagement with authorities.
Through this participation, the local organisation is engaging in a joint agenda that includes dialogue on Brazil’s upcoming fiscal changes, a wide-ranging transformation expected to influence corporate operations across the country over the next decade.
Adriana Martins, National Manager Brazil at Kuehne+Nagel commented: “Being selected for the CONFIA is a strong recognition of our commitment to compliance, transparency and governance. It also reinforces our role as a trusted partner in Brazil.”
