Nadine Jones honored with the National Legal Aid & Defender Association’s Exemplar Award

Celebrating Nadine Jones as a Champion of Equal Justice

Kuehne+Nagel North America’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Board Member, Nadine Jones received the prestigious National Legal Aid & Defender Association (NLADA) Exemplar Award on Thursday, June 8, in Washington D.C.

The NLADA Exemplar Award honors individuals who embody extraordinary leadership, vision, dedication, and achievement in promoting and supporting equal justice.  This award is a testament to Jones’ invaluable contributions to pro bono work and public service. Her commitment to equal access to justice for all resonates profoundly with the NLADA's mission and underscores the significance of her accomplishments.

Jones is cofounder of The Initiative: Advancing the Blue & Black Partnership. The initiative calls to action the urgent need to end systemic police violence and shares collaborative ways to community policy models. Last year, Jones made history by becoming the first woman and person of color to serve as senior vice president, general counsel, and board member at KN North America. Her extensive background speaks to not only her exceptional professional capabilities.
