This marks another strategic step in strengthening the company’s road logistics network in Europe, following last year’s acquisition of TDN in Spain.

Founded in 1930, Lohmöller is a family-run freight forwarder that combines a strong heritage and a focus on digitisation. We are fully aligned in our commercial approach and share the same values, particularly regarding our relationships with customers and employees, which makes this collaboration an excellent fit.”

The contract logistics activities and industry-related services of Lohmöller are not part of the acquisition and will remain with the current owners.
